I was born in Arkansas, have lived in Rochester, NY; The Bronx, NY; Washington, DC; Manhattan; Long Island; Syracuse, NY; Strasbourg, France; Berlin; and now Budapest, Hungary. I've spent longish periods in Vienna, India, Morocco, Turkey, Israel, the UK and New Zealand and other places I may have forgotten. I used to daydream a lot, but not much any more. These days I am more concerned with my wife and son. I play the wooden flute and ceramic whistle flute. But not much practice lately. I've written articles for newspapers and taught economics, marketing and academic writing. I've worked in the Internet. I managed a local election campaign. I've got some groovy ideas for free energies and physical immortality. I broke my back in a car accident in 1989 but am fine now, up and walking. My brother is an artist and he builds geodesic domes and has a great understanding of geometry. I want to work with him, although he's far away. We both have really long hair. He has real craftsman hands. I have the hands of someone who sits at a computer all day.
